The 2017 F-150 Raptor is set to hit dealer lots next month and interest in ordering the new truck has been through the roof since its Build & Price site launched.
In the press release, Ford details some of the most popular packages and other interested factoids regarding the truck. According to Ford, hits for the F-150 Raptor on its build and price configurator exceeded 90,000 in the first 10 days, and wait lists for prospective customers are growing.

So far the most popular options have been the SuperCrew option with 91% opting for the four door truck. "Traffic volume on the Raptor pages is more than five times our other performance vehicle lines, with dealer demand far ahead of expectations". According to dealership owner Steve Olliges, Team Ford has nearly 300 customers waiting for the Raptor to arrive and at this point, he has been forced to turn away buyers with cash in hand due to the allocation limits for the 2017 model year.
All variants of the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor will be equipped with a biturbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine with 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. It's unclear if Ford will make all the Raptors that buyers want or if there will be a limited number produced.
The 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor is expected to begin arriving some time in December. In fact, some of those folks have put down deposits on the first 2017 F150 Raptors to reach their dealership.
