The release date of Super Mario Odyssey remains unannounced, but it is expected to debut later this year on Nintendo Switch.
Super Mario Odyssey appears as though it's being billed as the marquee piece of software for Nintendo's presentation, but it's even more exciting to think about what other games might make an appearance at the show. What does Nintendo has in store for E3 2017?
Right after the Nintendo Spotlight, the company will kick off Nintendo Treehouse.
GameStop recently replenished its Nintendo Switch stock, but once again the gaming retailer trapped the device inside of a bundle. Recall that the E3 is the annual meeting of the video game, where professionals unveil the majority of their new projects, hardware and software. The Nintendo Treehouse team and various developers will be showing off live gameplay from all the featured Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS games on the E3 floor.
Nintendo has unveiled its plans for E3 2017 yesterday, and also informed that Super Mario Odyssey will be available at the event where attendees will be able to play it for the first time. Needless to say, fans have loads of game titles and exclusive content to look forward to. While Nintendo won't be having a traditional press conference at the show, they will be running the Nintendo Spotlight: E3 video presentation they've been running with for the last few years.
Mojang has also clarified that Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition runs at 720p resolution and 60 frames-per-second, regardless of whether you're utilizing the Switch as a handheld console or via the TV. "Minecraft" for Nintendo Switch will first come on sale in the Nintendo eShop in North America before going on sale in Europe and Japan on May 13.
